I want to get a tattoo but I really can't give up, is there any chance that a tattoo artist will come to me with all his tools and things and get me the right tattoo? Or should I go to your room or house?
I called a few places and asked.

You may want to contact an experienced artist in your area to explain your situation and ask for your options. Don't be surprised if it changes.
Even if you clean, it will never be as safe as going to a well-maintained, licensed studio that has passed all relevant health and safety checks :)
