Where to Buy Paperwood in Toronto
Does anyone know where I can find Pimento Wood in the Toronto area? It is a wood that is widely used in the preparation of chickens. Like other wood shavings, this baked goods is used for smoking. Only respond when you are sure where to get it. Thank you very much
I am a former chef and I work in Jamaica, I want to do business with a boy there, send a leaf cutter to take him to the pepper farm (everything) and cut the nuts from the trees and send him Take Caa to Jamaica and to the restaurant, however not available now but !! , I put on my mini charcoal grill on the porch with some maple shaving.
Depending on where you are in Toronto you can find them, they are sold in the section, and I've given you a link to their website so you can see which one is closest to you, ARL, tip 46 or lava rock in a plastic bag over the coal, put some aluminum foil to release the smoke. Pepper wood
Chili is chili. I imagine wood chips are enriched with pepper powder.
Soak ordinary wood shavings in water. Sprinkle a bottle of liquid pepper from the pepper bottle over the chips. Wet the potatoes and let them dry.
Purchased from a seller on eBay (Tortuga420). There are other pepper sellers in Minnesota, but they are very expensive. But they are on eBay, the only seller who has them and they are the best peppers you can find here in the US.
